Regarding condition: As to the visual assessment, the 24photos provided, illustrate that this is electrical testing equipment that isgive or take, approximately 7 decadesold, but was not abused or battered, and as such is in very decent cosmeticshape and is thoroughly clean top to bottom, inside and out. Does not smelllike a beast, either. Regarding the functionality - I had to select the "for parts or not working" classification, due to the fact that I have neither the expertise or the timeto train myself how to test and evaluate its present serviceability.
