Description: Vintage Horse Drawn Cloth Covered Conestoga Wagon Tin Litho Mechanical Toy Coach Vintage tin horse drawn cloth covered Conestoga wagon with tine cowboy driver manufacturedby Northwestern Toy Co. The wagon has its original cloth covering (which shows some wear anddiscoloration consistent with age, but is intact). The pressed tin construction is indicative of theprimitive manufacturing at the time in the 30's and 40's with crimped tabs to hold the tin horsesand tin driver together. All the tin and lithograph are in excellent condition, as are the plastic wheels,which turn and move easily. Although there is no logo visible on this wagon, it is exactly like otherNorthwestern Products Co. toys, with identical horses and lithography on the tin. It is missing its wire driver brake and reins. Measures: 12" L x 3 3/4" W x 5" H This toy is very unique and not a common toy you run across very often.
