Description: Vintage Inlaid Wooden Lacquer Lador Music Jewelry Box. Good used working condition. Music box plays nicely when the bottom handle is wound and lid is opened, wire shuts off music when lid is closed. Top of the music box has an inlaid wooden pattern with lacquer finish. Outside has a nice wooden pattern with a nice finish. Lid opens and closes nicely, lid has a slight warp and small gap on wire side. Bottom has 4 nice legs. Bottom has a LADOR sticker and sticker also says CARILLON SVIZZERO - Torna a Surriento 1537. Has a small sticker from previous owner that says "Sorrento - Golden Nugget Farmers Market 5-1-93". The inside is all nice wood. There is a place inside to store trinkets or jewelry. The music box is under a wooden lidded compartment. There is a wire that controls the music - plays when opened and stops when closed. Overall good working condition with some wear. Measures approx. 2.5"H x 8"L x 4"W. Comes as seen in the pictures.
