Description: Beautiful OBI chair, made in Japan in the 1950s, "slipper style" with diamond tucked fabric (silk), scroll-shaped legs, and lower stretchers. It is in good vintage condition with some scratches and blemishes, expected from use and age. It is missing some of the applied wood accent pieces on the wood frame. The wood, I believe it is mahogany, frequently used at the time. The upholstery is a cream-yellow silk. It has no stains and light signs of use. It measures approximately 30.5" x 19.5" x 28.5".
