Description: After some research it appears that the marking on the bottom of this beautiful cup and saucer indicates a manufacture date between 1968 and 1987 at the Kahla Porcelain Factory VEB. Markings on the bottom are "Kahla, Made in Germany, 13." Kahla is a town in Thuringia (a German state) in what used to be East Germany. This cup and saucer were bought at a flea market in Germany during a trip in June 2004. There are no chips, cracks, or areas of missing paint on the cup or saucer. Examine photos closely.
