It is new old stock and is in Excellent Condition as it has been put away and stored for many years originally purchased at the KISS concert back in the early 2000's. I recommend that you go to a local t-shirt shop and have a professional using a t-shirt heat press machine. This will make the transfer much brighter than the photos after it is heat pressed on the shirt. I have no guarantee that this iron-on transfer will adhere properly after all the years it was stored.
