Description: Vintage Large Valentine Heart Shaped See's Candy Chocolate Box. The top box (cover) was made with a red satin material that has a white patterned design and has a lace and red satin border with nice thick plastic white rose florals and greenery. The bottom of the box is cardboard. Circa 1970's. The hand-written note states that this box was a gift given in 1973, as shown in picture #8. The thick plastic flowers on the front are in good condition. It does have a section that has a slight bend/fold to it (assuming it's from storage), as shown in picture #9. There is a tiny smudge of something on the front, as shown in picture #2. I haven't tried to clean it, as I do not want to possibly damage the box, so I will leave that up to the new owner. The back does have some sun fading, as shown in picture #6. It appears that some of the gold ribbon accents have detached from the red bows, as shown in pictures #10, #11, #12 & #13. This, in my opinion, does not take away from the beauty and delight of this vintage heart box. The lace border is in good condition. Condition is Used and sold as is.
