Made out of plastic. I do believe the heads and arms are wooden. No hardware included, 2 screws will be needed. Does show wear, Has been used. Looks like at one time there was something at the top of the switch. See last picture. Marked with a sticker "Original By IRMI Nursery Plastic Inc."
