Runs winds and ticks. Good staff/balance. Stops running after a variable amount of time. Ran for a few hours on my bench has not been tested for duration or accuracy. Unknown service history and power reserve. Dial and hands: 3 of 3 hands are present. Lord Elgin dial is also included as seen in photos.
