Description: This beer stein was part of the unsold inventory of a general store in rural Washington state that opened in the 1930s and closed a few years ago. The family found hundreds of items stored in the basement. Please see my other listings for these and many others items - a vast range with no theme whatsoever. Although the stein was never sold or used, due to storage issues the pewter lid has what looks like a water mark. It could be factory defect or some other cause. Other than that the stein is in excellent condition with no chips, marks or other damage. The bottom is marked RM K 3813. The cobalt and gray design features traditional costumed characters: accordian player, dancing couple and a sitting musician, It's a heavy piece and measures about 6" across x 5" high.
