Description: I have searched and searched for this exact figure. There are many very similar, but those appear to be bronze. I don't think this is. You can see in the photos that the dark coating is scratched in areas to reveal a silver tone metal underneath. Plus, I accidently popped the bottom plate off which shows that it isn't solid and it is a silver tone metal. Steel maybe? What I do know about those figurine... It's a female figure either woman or growing teenage girl. She's wearing a dress, dancing on an open flower with her hair blowing in the wind. ... I gently cleaned it, but there's some dirt that remains. There are seams at the shoulder joints from manufacture. She has all her fingers and toes which were made really well. Her facial features are delicate. She has a sturdy weight, but isn't super heavy. She is not signed. I have no idea when it was made or who made it.
