There is visible wear of the front and back covers as well as at the corners cover edges and spine. There is some creasing at 3 of the 4 corners. There is a small stain at the bottom of the front cover. There is a few light white marks on the front cover. There a a tiny split at the bottom spine edge. Some light yellowing of the text. Program previously read unless noted. Book comes from a smoke free environment. In regard to writing, dog-earring and/or wrinkling of pages, and page creasing: While I thumb through each book to look for these types of things I do not check each and every page. To the best of my knowledge all pages are intact and mark free, unless stated in the listing description section. I do my best in this regard.
