Description: For sale is a Barlow stainless steel and rosewood handled fork and steak knife gift set. The fork is two tined with sharp points and firmly attached into the rosewood grip by two rivets. The fork measures 10 1/2" long; the tines are 3" long. The knife has a sharp serrated edge and two rivets into the rosewood grip. Knife length is 12" overall; bade is 7 1/2" long. The blade has been etched with the following inscription: "Compliments of KEN SONTRA & Elliot Sales Corp". Ken Sontra was an advertising salesman from Sequim, Washington. He served in the Army during WWII (thank you for your service)and was a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars in Bellingham, Washington. Ken passed away in 1991 in Sequim. Gift set comes in the original gift box and has the original manufacturer's paper.
