Has some rips inside at the top around the collar, some hand stitched mended areas, 2 very small holes. Overall it is in very good condition. Has S.V.H on both sides of the collar, we believe it to stand for Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, Massachusetts. 100% wool. Measurements are in the photos. A beautiful piece of Nursing history.
