Description: Vintage Mid-Century Framed Dog Painting White Pomeranian Japanese Spitz Measures 13.2" x 18" inclusive of .75" wood frame. There are a few little spots at lower right but otherwise great condition. I'm not an art dealer or expert, so I cannot tell you with 100% certainty if this is gouache, acrylic or oil. My best guess is gouache since it has the look and feel of an opaque watercolor. It is on paper backed with cardboard in the frame. The finish is matte, almost chalky, but I definitely don't think this was done with pastels. Anyway, it's great!
