Description: For sale we have a Vintage Midland Morse Code Walkie Talkies In Box Model 13-046 Transceiver With Code Sender. Haven’t seen many of these with the box. Most walkie talkies I’ve seen from this model are from 1971 but the box is marked 1973. I would love to test them but can’t seem to figure out how to open them up to replace the battery. If you have any info on this I would appreciate it. The walkie talkies themselves appear to be in great condition for the most part. They have some mild wear and the antenna has some light rust at the base. One of them does have a broke piece of plastic where it looks like you should be able to open it to replace the battery. Other than that the antenna stretches close to 32” and all the buttons and dials function well. The box has some wear and damage but still has some great graphics. It’s also missing a flap. The sides of the box have creases but they look like tears in the pictures. There are a couple small tears. Please check pictures and message me if you have any questions. Item is sold as is.
