Description: MONTGOMERY WARD'S TOMBSTONE TUBE RADIO FOR SALE MODEL 62-177 WE ARE SELLING THE FOLLOWING:THE PARTIALLY RECAPPED RADIO AS SHOWN IN THE GALLERY PHOTOS. TUBES WERE CHECKED AND UPGRADED SO THAT THEY ARE ALL "STRONG". THE RADIO WORKS WELL ON AM WITH LOTS OF VOLUME AND PLENTY OF STATIONS ON THE DIAL. I COULD NOT GET THE DIAL TO GO INTO THE POLICE OR SHORTWAVE MODE. CONDITION: GOOD WORKING RADIO. CABINET HAS A FEW FLAWS WHICH CAN BE SEEN IN THE LAST TWO GALLERY PHOTOS. THERE IS A LITTLE VENEER PIECE MISSING FROM THE TOP OF THE RIGHT HAND COLUMN .... AND THERE ARE TWO SMALL VENEER FLECKS MISSING FROM AROUND THE RIGHT SIDE SPEAKER GRILL.
