Vintage Mossberg 500 Black Wood Ribbed Forend for 7-3/4" Slide Tube Not Corncob

Description: Used Vintage Forend for 12 Gauge Mossberg 500 Shotguns with the long 7-3/4" slide action tube. I do not know if the back paint is factory or not. This forend is ribbed all the way around (24 cuts) like a corncob forend but it is not round. Haven't seen one just like it, so not sure what model it came on originally. Good shape overall with a few minor imperfections, no cracks seen.
