Featuring Napoleon, Josephine and what appears to be Washington in silhouette, pin is signed LIDZ for Lidz Brothers, New York - believe it dates 1940s in era. Complete with bar and roller locking closure, condition is good with a bit of irregularity to the soft metal - especially around the edges - does not detract.
