There is a small amount of brushing from normal use but there are no tears or stains. Returns are accepted with buyer paying return shipping within 30 days. Items must be in the same condition as received, not worn and not having been in an environment that would allow them to take on the smell of smoke or other strong odors. The following measurements were taken with the item laying flat. Under arm to under arm is 21 inches. Shoulder seam to hemline is 22 inches. Under arm to bottom seam is 10 inches.
