Description: Nice antique OKAPI Ratchet Knife Got it at an estate sale from a semi collector.... I got this & cleaned up the blade with a little bit of oil to bring out the finish. No scrubbing or anything else(just rubbed my fingers only!). It functions as it should. You can feel the clicking of the blade at each stop. The handle is a plain wood w\o the scrolling metal you see on most of the newer African produced models. The handle hasn't been touched! Not even with water & a rag! I don't want to touch any finish on it. This is a very good example of an older model from Germany & is a great addition to your collection. Please see all the pictures please.
