Description: Presenting a Vintage Orr Health Reversible All-Wool Blanket, an Art Deco design in peach, green, and cream with peach binding. Having no evident flaws, this blanket obviously has been well-cared for since its manufacture in the mid 20th century. Under my care for over a decade, this blanket has been carefully stored odor-free in a humidity-controlled, pet- and smoke-free home. This heavy-weight blanket was produced by the Orr Felt Co., Piqua OH, a manufacturer of wool blankets for military and civilians. The Orr Health Blanket logo label is intact as seen in the pictures. At the time of the plant closure in 2016, Orr Felt had been producing felt conveyor belts for the paper making industry. The blanket measures 80” x 72” approximately and is displayed on a queen-size bed for reference. This gorgeous piece of American-made history, a testament to old-fashioned values, will grace your home with its warmth and beauty for many years to come.
