Has original plastic cover. Measures 12" in diameter. Has an aluminum frame with built in hooks for hanging. There is a 1/2" dent on the edge of the frame and a little wear to dial from years of outside exposure. There are a couple of scratches on the cover as well. (Please see pictures).
