I am not sure of their age or origin, could even possibly be German. They are marked on the bases but the maker's mark has worn and you can barely see a swan so I think they may be made by Artina, but I'm not sure. They are heavy, 7.8 pounds each.There are 4 arms shaped like a flower bud-could be tulip or a rose- and a center spout for the candles and a decorative petal base below that has raised flowers/stem/leaves on the petals. The center is a curved possibly branch with leaves at the tip. The base features the same floral detailing that is worn and there are 4 flared feet.They are very uniquely constructed with very ornate features and floral designs.Size: 14.5" Tall; 11" wide; base is 5-3/4" from tip to tip.In great vintage condition with normal age-related wear.
