Both tight no wobble.Handles are smooth brown bovine bone, no cracks or damage.Unused, MINT knife, no box. Original factory finish and edges. Minor handling rub marksMost likely late 1970’s to 1980’s era.This is one of the high quality knives that Jim Parker had made in Seki City, Japan.
