Description: Vintage Postcard Johann K. Petursson World’s Tallest Man Sideshow Circus Freak. Rare color linen postcard / midway card for the “tallest man in the world”. Dated August 2, 1958. Petursson was 7’8” tall and toured with Ringling Bros Barnum & Bailey when this card was made. He was Icelandic and often dressed as a Viking for performances. There is a crease down the middle.
