Has correspondence. Good condition. Minor wear on edges and corners. Few scratches. Triangular impressions on corners as if it was in a binder for too long. These issues are easier to see under a light. Back has few stains and a price once written on it at some point in time. Good for collectors of postage and anything Oroville or California.
