Description: For sale is a lot of vintage poultry booklets/brochures/newsletters about raising chickens. Three of the pieces in the lot are from the Purina Company and titled "Cage Hen Letter". This letter was distributed to customers monthly by the company and provide information on how to successfully raise chickens. The three newsletters are from the 1950's. All three are in good used condition with some wear including a couple small tears in the folds. The last piece in the lot is a booklet "Laying House Program" written and distributed by the National Poultry Advisory Council. The booklet is in good used condition but does have a couple of small tears on the cover and a stain from the staple. The booklet is not dated, but it appears to be from the 40's or 50's.
