Description: Vintage Pressed Steel AMERICAN TOY SALES M-10000 m10000 Streamliner Toy Train Ships USPS / Fast Shipping / Shipping Insurance Very scarce example of Blue/Silver 4 axle Streamliner toy from American Toy Sales in Abilene KS. I found a few examples in my searching, but they are not common. Solid toy with 3 out of 4 good axels and wheels - the 4th needs some attention. Appears to be missing some type of small front plate - perhaps that is where the pull string was which makes sense as all 3 I have listed are missing it. Minor design flaw? Some forum posts suggest that only some models had a front plate. Still a wonderful looking example of a streamliner. Approx. 19 1/2" long. Came from a large toy / train / military toy collection.
