Description: This unique donation fold was distributed by The Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, NY around Christmas time. In the shape of a stocking, it has slots for (8) quarters, and also a tab on top of the interior for cash or a check. The back of the item has an area to fill out with total enclosed and personal info for the one donating. Very rare item-never was used with all tabs complete and area to be filled in still blank. No rips, folds, tears, etc, and all graphics and wording clear and complete. Some color fading from age, but overall very nice condition. Please see pics for further description and condition.
