Laughter is continuous and sounds more witchy. Label on back says Wang's International, Inc. Not sure of the material it is made of. It is hard, hollow, a mold that could be plastic/plaster? It is about 5/8" -3/4" thick. Measures approx. 12" long x 10" at it widest point and approx. 6 1/2" in depth. Uses 2 AA batteries. Not included. Has black plastic piece on back for hanging.
