Phone 734 (St. Charles Missouri) dated 1940s, in excellent++ unused new old stock condition. Has some carbon residue at the edges. Size is 3 5/8" x 6". Scans show the front, back is blank. The black border is so all the edges can be seen and is not part of the receipt itself. All of the items I sell are guaranteed to be 100% authentic and original.
