It does have a stain or two, and it is a bit dirty from storage out of the box,and there are a few spots on the edge that look to be a nick of the skin. I tried to show the three spots in the photos. As with vintage used drum parts, there could be marks from storage or even lack of use over the years.Check the photos. They are part of the description.
