It is marked sterling on the backside. It is signed on the backside HT for Herbert Tsosie, a Native American Navajo artist. I'm no expert but I believe this turquoise to be Kingman or Pilot Mountain (opinion). The ring has some surface scratches here and there consistent with a vintage ring. You may wish to have it professionally cleaned/polished. Please ask me any questions prior to purchase.
