Description: This is an original Russian Folk Doll named , a form of Anna so I'm told. She is a true vintage gem. I believe she was made in the former Soviet Union in the 1960s or 1970s. She wears an authentic Russian costume, including a red and white dress with blue apron and green and white ribbon trim. She has straight blonde hair that is braided in the back, beautiful blue eyes, and a light complexion. Plastic face, arms and hands that are movable. Original tag indicates made in Moscow (MOCKBA). The lower half of the doll consists of a padded/quilted underskirt that fits over a tea pot to keep it hot. Has two small stained areas on underskirt that are barely noticeable, see last photo. Otherwise in excellent vintage condition.
