Description: Vintage SABATIER Chef Cooking Kitchen Food Cutting Mincing Dicing Paring Knife Measures about 7 3/4" long overall with a 3 3/4" blade. Shows signs of age and wear. Tiny nick in blade about 5/8" below tip point. Tight stressline cracks in both handle slabs at center pin. Ferrule has pitting. Pins appear to be brass, however I've noticed nickel-silver over the years without cleaning tends to turn this light brass color, so don't be surprised if once cleaned, the pins turn out to be nickel-silver. Needs cleaning. Uncleaned, in "as-found" good condition overall as noted. Please view all of the attached photos carefully before bidding. What you see is what you get. You buy it, you own it.
