Description: In pretty good shape for its age. The inner lining is detached from the inside of the helmet, the foam degraded and is basically just dust now, when you handle the inside of the helmet you get the foam dust all over your hands. It’s been in storage for 30 years. The foam around the neck and cheeks is actually still squishy and in decent shape. The lining could be left as is, reglued, or if you really wanted to you could cut it open and put new foam in it, if you plan to wear the helmet. It’s in better shape, as far as the inner lining goes, than most other ones I’ve seen listed. It’s got a reflective Ski-Doo sticker on each side, along with racing flag stickers on the back. These are all stock from the factory. It’s currently got a plastic visor on the snaps, this could be taken off and replaced. I’m not sure about the integrity of the visor plastic, I haven’t tried to take it off because I don’t want to risk it snapping. Overall a nice helmet to add to a collection, great nostalgia value. Will ship bubble wrapped and padded in a box.
