I had to look up the history of this and the following is what I found: “Melted plastic popcorn holiday decorations were made in the United States from the 1950s to the mid-1980s. These decorations were made from polyethylene and were known for their kitschy appearance. The decorations originated when the daughter of Hyman Gerstein, founder of the Kage Company, assembled colorful plastic chips into the shape of a chicken. Her father baked the creation and then took it to W.T. Grant Co. executives in New York City, who ordered 25,000 of them” So cool!! Check out the pictures for condition and measurements.
