Description: This plane was likely manufactured third quarter of 1948 as it has 348 stamped on the back of the iron. It is correct and complete in it's original box. The iron has lots of life and has the Made in Canada Stanley SW trademark. I have lightly cleaned the dust and dirt and removed what little rust there was revealing a pleasing patina. The box is complete but the end opposite the label has separated and is inside the box with the plane. This is an uncommon plane in it's original box and would make a great addition to your collection. This plane won't be around long, don't miss your chance.
