Description: This is for a vintage primitive wooden staved apple harvest gathering Basket with a swing wooden handle. Has wonderful aged reinforced circular footed base on inside & underside base. Has a variety of copper & steel nails. It measures approximately 8 1/4 inches height basket only, 15 inches height with handle up, top side outside rim is 12 1/4 inches by bottom underside footed base is 6 1/8 inches. It is in good vintage condition. It has been used as intended, does have usage & wear marks throughout. Wood has weathered with time. Three of the wooden slats are loose at bottom underside base with one having small wood loss but are kept in place by middle & top banding. Please see all pictures for more details.
