For auction is a vintage Strombecker Pontiac Bonneville 1/32 scale slot car. Clean body and chassis. No cracks or breaks on the body. The original clear top has what I would call a base coat paint job (blue on inside). The top is well fastened so if you want to make the top look better you will probably need to paint the outside surface. The driver appears to be as well painted. Chassis is clean, complete, and works with a new 9-volt battery applied to the pickups. A more powerful power supply on a track should drive the rear axle faster as the motor is sluggish using a single battery. A double 9-volt battery setup helped speed up the axle when testing. Looks like the tires are original rubber and still very nice for display and probably functional as they are still fairly soft.
