Description: Vintage Tange MTB Fork 1-Inch Threaded 26 Canti Rim Brake 148mm Dark Green Here is a lightly used Tange MTB fork with hard to find 1-inch threaded steerer tube. Has attractive scalloped dropouts. 1991 date stanp on steerer tube. Fits 26” mountain bike wheels. Rim brake only—originally designed for cantilever brakes but will also work with v-brakes. Steerer is 148mm long. Axle-to-crown measurement is 390mm. Light scratches mainly on rear edges of crown/fork legs; dark green paint is original and in very good condition. This is an older fork that was made before fork dropouts had safety tabs, so it is critical for safe use of the fork that the wheel skewer be tensioned properly.
