This looks Very Much like Los Castillo's Pluma Azteca Work. The Pendant measures 1 7/8" by 1 1/2". Hallmarked "Sterling Taxco" and weighs in at 9 Grams. It is missing the Bale that would connect it to a Necklace, but they can easily be replaced. Again, an Interesting Piece. I would Love to see it Restored. Not common that I've seen.
