These gemstones include white and blue sapphire, ruby, green chalcedony, garnet, moonstone, and topaz in white, yellow, and brown. Handmade by artisans in the 1960s, this glitzy cocktail ring is also known as a harem ring. Worn for good luck, it’s a beautiful statement piece, perfect for any vintage jewelry collection.
