Description: This item is in decent vintage condition. This very lovely 2-tier plate by Old Foley has the most lovely cottage green trim on the plates! The depiction of green birds and blossoms is so very wonderful! The tulip handle is perfect with this pattern! Please note there is some coating wear on the stand stem near the bottom. As with most tier dishes, this one would normally come apart for easy cleaning and storage, though the bottom stem is on very firmly and I was unable to unscrew it without damaging the coating further on the stem. I will leave that with the buyer to either try themself or to simply leave it at least partially disassembled! Everyone should have at least one of these in their homes ... they are so useful for so many purposes ... think food, jewelry, soaps and towels, in the corner of your counter to add a special decorator touch!
