Description: Vintage Toledo Damascene Elephant Brooch Trunk Up Figural Pin Jewelry This brooch or pin is many times called Damascene but, because there is white on it, is actually called Toledo in my understanding. It is a figural pin in the shape of an elephant with it's trunk up in the air. I know some people believe this to be a sign or symbol of luck. This pin is smaller and has a little dimension to it. It measures approximately 1.5" across x 1.25" tall. There are some very tiny flecks on the back that may or may not polish out. I honestly haven't tried.
