Description: Vintage UKAI 27 x 1¼” Road Clincher Wheel Set with Sunshine GYROmaster Hubs Up for sale is a late 1970’s set of UKAI road clincher wheels. UKAI 27 x 1¼” single-wall alloy rims with welded joint and clear anodized finish. Sunshine GYROmaster low-flanged alloy hubs have been cleaned and greased with all four cones replaced – ready for years of service. Standard 1.370” x 24TPI English freewheel thread and spacing compatible with 6/7-speed road. Wheels have been professionally trued with nice clean braking surfaces. A few light marks and signs of normal use, please see pictures. Sale includes tires, tubes, rim strips, and a nice set of Sunshine quick release skewers.
