Description: Vintage Valor No 207 Paraffin Kerosene Oil Heater Made in England This is a beige stand-alone paraffin oil heater, with a cylindrical chimney opening to a circular kerosene tank and flame output. This is a Valor NÂș207 which was made in England. Before the advent of electric battery power, paraffin oil was the most common fuel for lamps and portable lanterns. It is still used to some extent for portable lamps and stoves, most often by campers or in developing countries. Nowadays, it will be appreciated much more for its truly original decorative potential than for its original function. Condition: Exactly as pictured. The heater is in overall great condition for an authentic find (it may show traces of rust, wear and oxidation points consistent to age). No leaks or fissures in the fuel tank. It measures about 20 15/32" (52 cm) height and weighs 105.82 oz (3 Kg). - Please see all pictures for further details.- The item will be shipped via registered mail.
