Front: Engraved U.S. NAVY 1972 DA NANG VIET NAM/ Caduceus symbol with "D" (Dental) on shield medal. Back: F.M.F (Fleet Marine Force) FIELD DENTAL TECH./ Engraved VN map with DA NANG marked. Noted conditions: wear, dings, scratches, marks, as shown in photos. Seller has not cleaned. Flint wheel has good traction. Most likely only needs fluid to keep a flame (?). Insert case fits well.
