From what research I've done this is a Waltham Incabloc 17 watch. It is definitely a lady's design. Don't know a lot about it. It was found at a local estate sale in an old desk drawer. It does appear to have a crack or a scratch on the face which I tried to take a picture of but was kind of hard to do. It has a stainless steel backing. It comes with its original display box which is from a jewelry store in Hastings Nebraska but I can't really make out the name of the store.
